  • Small mixing bowl

  • large mixing bowl to combine turkey burger & ingredients.

  • large frying pan with lid


Ingredients:


Meat:

  • 4 lbs. raw turkey burger


Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce


Spices:

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander

  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

  1. Combine your spices in a mixing bowl.

  2. Add your spices and your Worcestershire sauce to your raw turkey burger and combine well.

  3. Shape your patties and cook thoroughly over medium heat in a frying pan with lid until done!
