Ingredients:
Meat:
4 lbs. raw turkey burger
Sauce:
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Spices:
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:
Combine your spices in a mixing bowl.
Add your spices and your Worcestershire sauce to your raw turkey burger and combine well.
Shape your patties and cook thoroughly over medium heat in a frying pan with lid until done!
