Mouth-Watering Whipped Chicken Salad!

From the Kitchen:
What you will need:
1 medium mixing bowl.
1 chef knife and cutting board.
1 blender, food processor, or immersion blender.
Ingredients:
4 cups chicken, either shredded or chopped into half pieces
3/4 cup mayonnaise, or mayo substitute.
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/2 cup finely chopped sweet white onion
1/2 cup finely chopped dill pickles or sweet relish.
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked or regular paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:
Place the shredded or chopped chicken in your mixing bowl. I usually chop leftover chicken to make this dish. I use shredded chicken when I slow-cook a whole chicken, thighs, or breasts and slowly pull the meat apart using two forks.
Add your garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add the celery, onion, and relish or pickles, I like to use sweet relish.
Add your mayo or mayo substitute. I am lactose intolerant, so I use a dairy-free substitute called Veganaise.
Mix all your ingredients well.
Scoop your mixture into your blender, food processor, or immersion blender in batches until it is all blended to your desired smoothness and Enjoy!
